A Message from the Commander

My name is John, my FPS handle is BuzzCutPsycho, my RPG handle is Horrigan. I established The Enclave in 1998 and have been leading it ever since. Faces have long come and go since them but the community still remains. I ask that you be a part of it, and that you contribute to it what you can. Without you, I am nothing, and without me The Enclave is nothing.

The Enclave is not your average WoW guild. We're not built around PvE raiding lewtz, we don't use ventrillo, we have strict "uniform" policies, and we expect all members to perform at a higher degree of competence and skill than your average WoW player. Our demands are high, you must be able to follow instructions effectively and efficiently, you must not have a "unique snowflake" mentality. You're an Enclave member, no Enclave member is an individual. We strive to look the same, tabards are a requirement, and we require everybody to have horses and ride them. These minor things all instill a certain degree of pride, discipline, and respect for both yourself and the guild. If I can not get you to wear a guild tabard, a truly trivial assignment, how can I get you to follow more complex instructions in PvP? It's that simple.

This guild is not a "join and forget" guild, you don't join for WoW and never play anywhere else, you don't join for phat lewtz, odds are you won't get it here. You join because you want to be part of a community who is driven by competitive PvP and victory. Personal gain means nothing here, glory and victory for the guild means everything. Our glory and victory as stated earlier however is not just limited to WoW, we will be playing the next big game. And after that, something else, it goes on. Does this not suit you so far? Leave. My #1 priority as a guild leader is to ensure you are having fun. It is my job and responsibility to stress over the big / small stuff, it is your responsibility to do as I say and have fun playing with The Enclave. It is this philosophy that I've lived by in both real life and in game that has attributed to my ability to lead. It is your part, your contributions as members, you're loyalty and your respect that has made me a successful leader, and henceforth made this guild a success. Our success in PvP is unmatched, we will keep in that way.
