My Fellow Enclave, I stand before you to report that the state of our OilRig is strong.



I would like to apologize for the rough past few days, growing pains aren't easy but were now in a better position to expand for the future.

Increased assaults against the Oilrig have forced us to declare War. As such, in War time, as in Peace, we must be ever vigilant and watchful of those who would seek to harm the Oilrig.

So in light of recent events the Oilrig has moved, fortified her positions and armed herself, to the teeth man, to the teeth.



My fellow Enclave, this is our moment. Let us lift our eyes as one nation, and from the mountaintop of this Oilrig, look ahead to the next one, asking God's blessing on our endeavors and on our beloved country.
